1 pound plain bagels (preferably day-old)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

6 ounces dark chocolate chips

2 large eggs

2 large egg yolks

2 cups whole milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon chocolate extract
