SOLVING THE MIDDLE ROW!

Objective: Solve the Middle Row by maneuvering the side pieces into their correct position.

In this image, the completed white face is facing down and we’ve solved for the middle row.

Pointers:

Before starting this phase, flip the cube so that the yellow center piece is facing up. We will solve this phase with the yellow center piece facing up. Notice how the white face you completed will be facing down.

Notice how the Middle Row has only 4 side pieces. These are the pieces we will be working with. Locate them: Red-Blue, Blue-Orange, Orange-Green, and Green-Red.

It may be necessary to turn the top and middle rows to position your cube for the following algorithms. The only row that you’re not allowed to move is the bottom one (where the white face is) unless you 100% need to.
