“Ok, so you know how I want it right?” I looked at my stylist and asked her. Me, British and Ashley were at the salon getting the works for Ty’s party.

“For the hundredth time boo yes. This is not my first time I have slayed you to the Gods baby.” I loved my stylist Cliff Vmir. Whenever I could get an appointment I was there. My stylist was a hot commodity. After making a million doing Cardi B and Joseline Hernandez hair. Today I was getting a thirty-inch straight sew-in with red ends. I was leaving my real hair out around the sides so I can wear the top in a ponytail and the bottom down. I was killing tonight along with my girls. Ashley had her famous sidecut and she was getting her bright hair curled. British was getting some bone straight bundles with a Chinese bang. I was so used to her in curly hair but I guess she wanted something different. After hair and make-up, we were getting our nails and feet done next.

“So Kori you really kicked Ronny to the curb huh?” Ashley nosey ass asked. I figured Ronny had talked shit to Ty and Terrance because I had yet to tell my girls about Ronny breaking in my condo.

“Yup I sure did. I am done with him I don’t know why y’all don’t believe me,” British and Ashley started that annoying giggling shit.

“Bitch you are so fucking prideful. Kori that baby wasn’t his and Ronny really wants to be with you. This wall you have up is----”

“Look British and Ashley, I am not like y’all ok. I don’t want the man, the house, and the kids. What me and Ronny had was fun but shit got too deep and I don’t want that. Neither does he if we are all being honest and----”

“Kori shut the fuck up. Like I love you a lot but right now shut the fuck up. Ronny isn’t innocent in all of this by far. But he put his feelings on the line and for some reason you just have this hard-ass exterior up. And for what? We know your tuff. We know you secure the bag and we know you are that bitch. However, what you don’t want us to know is that you love Ronny. You love that man so much and acting on it scares you. You and him both need to stop playing this game,” Ashley laid the shit out there making the whole salon get quiet. I was so speechless, I looked at British and she put her head down.

“Well damn Ashley, tell me what’s really good.”

That was all I said as I sat back quiet the rest of the time we were in the salon. I really had nothing to say and I wasn’t in the mood for arguing with anyone. We left the salon together in British truck and the ride was silent.

“Come on ladies, tonight is Ty’s birthday. Please let’s get along and love each other again,” British turned the radio down and spoke.
