You need to confirm or change each transaction before you include it in QBO. If the listed transaction information is correct, you don’t need to individually add or match transactions as described in the rest of this section. Instead, you can follow the steps in the ‘Excluding transactions ’ section except, in Step 3, click Accept Selected.
If you need to make the same change to a number of transactions, select those transactions and choose the Modify Selected option in the Batch Actions list.
