(To insert a video from a file, choose Insert on the top left of the ribbon, then choose Video and then Video on My PC. Browse until you find your file and choose Insert.) As you can see here, the Format tab lets you control formatting, including the video size, borders, brightness/contrast, and more.

Here, Playback is selected, which gives you several options for how the video will be run. The Trim Video option lets you choose the starting and ending points for the video. You can also loop the video, adjust the audio level, and specify how you want it to start (such as On Click).
