Formatting Paragraphs In a Presentation

What we just talked about are formatting changes that you can make at the word level. But there are other changes you can make at the paragraph level. These are generally covered in the Paragraph section of the Home tab but some of them are also available in the mini formatting bar or by right-clicking and choosing Paragraph from the dropdown menu.

With the paragraph formatting options you don’t have to highlight all of the text, you just need to be clicked onto the line or into the section you want to change. Let’s start with one we already covered earlier, Decrease List Level and Increase List Level.
