Now that you’ve got all of your equipment in order, the next step in your podcasting journey is to produce your first show. But what you will learn from your first show and every show that follows it is that there is a bit of anxiety that goes into the setup. So many things can go wrong. I’ve seen others do it a thousand times. In fact, I’ve even seen myself do it a handful of times. You can get through an entire show and a mic wasn’t on or, even worse, you forgot to press the record button. Maybe the mic placement was so off it is impossible to have a balanced output. Whatever that disaster may be, it can be avoided with proper planning.
