1. Cut the corners into a curve on one end of the Rice Krispie Treat bar.

2. Melt white candy coating according to package instructions.

3. Dip the Rice Krispie Treat three-fourths of the way into the white candy coating. Lightly tap treat on the edge of the bowl to remove excess. Place on wax or parchment paper. Dry completely.

4. Melt red candy coating according to package instructions.

5. Dip the straight bottom edge of the treat one-third of the way into the melted red candy coating. Lightly tap treat on edge of bowl to remove excess. Place on wax or parchment paper. Dry completely.

6. Melt blue candy coating according to package instructions.

7. Dip the curved top part of the treat one-third of the way into the melted blue candy coating. Lightly tap treat on edge of bowl to remove excess. Place on wax or parchment paper. Dry completely.

8. Push the popsicle stick halfway into the bottom of the treat.
