Cut the tempeh into cubes or strips (or turkey shapes?) and add them to the bowl with the marinade.

Marinate the tempeh for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Transfer the marinated tempeh to a rimmed baking sheet or a baking dish. Save the remaining marinade. Bake the tempeh for 10 minutes.

Flip the tempeh and bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and douse with extra marinade.

Refrigerate any leftovers for the bestovers.
