Directions:

Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet then stir in the shallots and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes until soft and translucent then add the chicken meat and cook 5 more minutes. Stir in the cumin powder and turmeric then add the cauliflower. Pour in the chicken stock and cook for 20 minutes. Add the shrimps and cook 5 more minutes. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper then remove from heat and serve warm. You can also make it ahead of time and just reheat it when needed.
