Watching triggering movies or shows about harmful people or with violent imagery (remember, don’t use this to self-reassure, but to practice being triggered without compulsions)
Reduce or eliminate unnecessary safety behaviors (for example, excessive washing to avoid spreading harmful contaminants)
Reduce or eliminate unnecessary checking (for example, checking rearview mirror to make sure you didn’t hit someone)
