Chapter 6

Melissa Albright finished her exam and then headed out of class. She had enough time to stop by her apartment she shared with Deb, shower, change and get to the meet up spot for this evening’s job. The last two weeks had been a whirlwind. She made so much money already she paid off her credit card bills, and planned out how she would put money toward her college loan, and even grab a few more outfits at the mall. She had spoken with Deb two nights ago about making more money, and how letting the clients touch her, be a little more intimate raised the amount she made. So far the men she met were wealthy and very attractive, so letting them kiss her, touch her or whatever wouldn’t be terrible. Two of them seemed to really like her and one of them she was seeing again tonight. He was a little strange, the way he stared at her, lost in thought he would say, but he also talked about taking her away for the weekend. He was wealthy, attractive, but one of the things he expected constantly was respect and for her to call him sir. The yes sir, no sir, more sir, et cetera seemed sexual in a lot of ways, especially as he asked her to whisper it. It was like she reminded him of someone. Kind of like the other guy she saw a few times whose wife passed away. She hit it off with him and their conversations flowed nicely. She asked Deb about that and Deb said she hit the jackpot, and if Melissa played her cards right she would have a steady income and these two regulars would take care of her.

She got to the apartment and hurried up inside. As she was getting undressed Deb called to her saying she was leaving.

“Hey, you working tonight too?” she asked Deb.

“Yes, and I’m going to be so late for this guy. He isn’t going to be happy,” Deb said as she dropped her heels and then stumbled trying to step into them.

“Well, be careful driving. Is it far?”

“Twenty minutes. God, he is going to be pissed off. Good luck tonight and I will see you after the weekend.”

“Okay. Have fun.”

Deb left and Melissa headed to shower. Thirty minutes later she looked at herself in the mirror. She put on the pale pink slim fitting dress with the deep gap in the front but placed the light sweater over it and kept it buttoned as requested. She stared at herself in the mirror, worried about how far this client might want to take things, yet feeling like an attraction was there so it would be okay. She was focusing on the money, on her bills and also the fact that her mom was off her case now and even being nice to her. Of course she lied about where she was working and told her she found a better paying job in a medical office.
