After clicking Finish Iâll find the Quick Step above in the program window as well as in mail after opening it.
Also, Iâll find it in the menu after right-clicking the appropriate mail in the folder view. When hovering it with the mouse I also see the text again I wrote in to remind myself what the Quick Step was for.
The other Quick Steps shown are mostly suggestions and inspirations by Microsoft which you can adapt for yourself or delete. One more will often be shown according to your currently activated folder. It may re-appear again after deleting.
You can create Quick Steps as you like. Maybe you want to call a team meeting, maybe simply tag the mail as read and sort into a folder, apply categories or reject certain topics at all. If you later need to adjust one of your Quick Steps, you may i.e. click on the little quadrangle in the Quick Steps area to get to the editing possibilities.
