Sorting Quickly
You can quickly sort your files according to the various columns in Details view by clicking on the column heading. If you click Names, for example, the order reverses so that the files are displayed alphabetically ordered from Z to A. Similarly, if you click Size, the files with the largest file sizes are displayed at the top of the list, in descending order to the smallest files.

Compressing and Uncompressing Your Files
When you want to group a number of files and share them with others—especially if you plan to email them to recipients—compressing the files puts them together as a group to create a file smaller in size than the group would require separately.
When you receive a compressed file, you need to know how to uncompress the files so you can work with them on your computer. This section introduces you to both tasks, using Windows Explorer.
1. Select the files you want to include in the compressed file.
