Chapter Ten
Jett
When I jerk open the door, Iâm nearly run over by my baby sister.
âGotta pee,â Lennon calls over her shoulder.
Lovely.
My youngest brother Garrett and our cousins Cooper and Huck all plow through next with me barely moving out of the way as their boots tromp through into the large open living room of my cabin. Each has their hands full with various sized dishes, all covered to keep out the cold.
I look back to the door as Jasper enters, shutting it behind him. He scans me over, and then his eyes are darting to the fireplace behind me, Honorâs clothes where I left them.
He grins. âBad time for family dinner?â
With my murderous glare enough of an answer for him, he slaps me on the shoulder. My twin walks through the living room to the kitchen at the back of the cabin where the others already have dinner underway.
As much as their timing sucks, I wouldnât trade time with my family for anything.
Despite what people might think of me, I am capable of emotion. After so many years away, I realized how much I missed the small moments. The ones like weekly dinner.
While they jack around in my kitchen, not paying any attention to me, I snag Honorâs mostly dry clothes from by the fire on my way back to the bedroom.
When I shut the door, she spins around, her eyes wide. She looks delicious with one of my white button-downs drowning her, a pair of my sweats in her hands.
âIâ¦â She audibly sighs, her head falling forward when I step forward with her clothes. âThank you,â she whispers.
My gaze stays locked on her as she whips my shirt over her head, her perky tits just begging for my mouth. I all but stalk over to her.
âThis is just great. What a way to meet your family. Theyâre going to think we wereââ She sucks in a breath when I cup her breast, rubbing my thumb over her pebbled nipple.
âThat we were, what, baby girl?â
âJettâ¦â
I skate my lips up her jaw to her ear. âTheyâll think I was balls deep in that delectable cunt? Know how Iâm still dripping out of you with every passing second?â
She gasps and pulls back, her cheeks the most gorgeous tint of pink. I canât help but smirk as I release her, to let her scramble to put on her panties.
âTheyâve already met you around town, Iâm sure.â I grab a black Henley from the drawer before pulling on the pair of sweatpants Honor discarded on the floor.
Thorne Ridge is small enough, if youâre around for long, you know everyone. Some you pleasantly know, others you know to stay away from.
âYeah but this is my first time meeting them asââ
My eyebrow lifts when she stops abruptly, her eyes flashing up to mine. A possessive growl almost erupts from my chest as I stroll over to her.
âMmm, yes.â I press my nose against the top of her head. âYour first time meeting them as mine.â
She makes to argue but stops when my hand drops to the denim between her legs.
