6.3.1.2 RR Algorithm Example

We give an example of using the RR algorithm in this section. Assume that there are three input applications and each application has a few tasks. One application is a BE application and the other two applications are AR applications. The arrival time of the three tasks is given. Moreover, there are three cloud servers, which are Cloud 1, Cloud 2, and Cloud 3. The execution time for tasks on each cloud server is given in Table 6.1. Figure 6.8 illustrates the DAGs of three applications and arrival time information.
