The MT invites the participants to share their experience with the above practice and uses their comments to guide the discussion. During this discussion, the MT inquires if experiences that participants noticed during body scan are part of how ADHD typically manifests in daily life. Furthermore, the MT can inquire about how an enhanced awareness of body sensationsâsuch as what participants just experiencedâcould impact how their ADHD is expressed in their daily lives.
