WRAP LEFT SIDE

Rows 3 and 4: Using CC, knit.
Rep Rows 1 to 4 five more times.
Break off CC.
Rows 25 to 28: Using MC, work 4 rows in st st, beg with a knit row.
Rows 29 and 30: Using CC, knit.
Break off CC.
Row 31 (RS): Using MC K1, *sl1p, k1; rep from * to end.
Row 32: P1, *sl1p wyif, p1; rep from * to end.
Rep Rows 25 to 32 once more.
Using MC, cont in st st, beg with a knit row, until left side measures 13¾:15½in (35:39cm) from cast-on edge, ending after a WS row.
Break off MC.**
Side seam
Next row (RS): Using CC and straight needles, k71, turn.
Leaving rem 152:160 sts on circular needle, cont on these 71 sts.
Next row (WS): Knit.
Bind (cast) off 16 sts, PM, bind (cast) off rem 55 sts. With RS facing, using MC and working on rem 152:160 sts on circular needle, k67:75, change to CC and straight needles, knit rem 85 sts, turn.
Leaving rem 67:75 sts on circular needle, cont on these 85 sts.
Next row (WS): Knit.
Bind (cast) off 55 sts, PM, bind (cast) off rem 30 sts.
Sleeve
***Using MC, working on rem 67:75 sts on circular needle, cont in st st, beg with a purl row, until sleeve measures 3¼in (8cm), ending after a WS row.
Next 4 rows: Rep Rows 29 to 32.
Next 4 rows: Using MC, work 4 rows in st st, beg with a knit row.
Rep last 8 rows once more.
Next 2 rows: Using CC, knit.
Rep Rows 1 to 4 five times.
Rep Rows 1 to 3 once more.
Bind (cast) off knitwise.
WRAP RIGHT SIDE
Using CC and circular needle, cast on 223:231 sts, PM on first and 115th:119th st.
Work as for left side from ** to **.
Side seam
Next row (RS): Using CC and straight needles, k85, turn.
Leaving rem 138:146 sts on circular needle, cont only on these 85 sts.
Next row (WS): Knit.
Bind (cast) off 30 sts, PM, bind (cast) off rem 55 sts. With RS facing, using MC and working on rem 138:146 sts on circular needle, k67:75, change to CC and straight needles, knit the rem 71 sts, turn. Leaving rem 67:75 sts on circular needle, cont on these 71 sts.
Next row (WS): Knit.
Bind (cast) off 55 sts, PM, bind (cast) off rem 16 sts.
Sleeve
Work as for left side from *** to end.
MAKING UP AND FINISHING
Using CC and mattress stitch (see page 125), join cast-on edges together from marker to marker to make center back seam.
Back edging
With RS facing, using circular needle and CC, pick up and knit 103:115 sts evenly along lower edge.
Knit 2 rows.
Bind (cast) off knitwise.
Left front edging
With RS facing, using circular needle and CC, beg at center front edge, pick up and knit 51:57 sts evenly along lower edge.
Knit 2 rows.
Bind (cast) off knitwise.
Right front edging
With RS facing, using circular needle and CC, beg at side seam edge, pick up and knit 51:57 sts evenly along lower edge.
