Action Items Have a Verb

How you write action items is important. Great action items have a verb. “TPS Report” is not an action item. “Write TPS Report”, “Review TPS Report”, “Eliminate TPS Reports” are good action items—they have verbs.

To be really complete, action items should be recorded in a group tracking system and include:
