An hour later, Natia, Sara, Nas, and I were all fried as fuck and were sitting around. Natia’s homegirl was the same girl who was at the shoot yesterday. She was coo as fuck, and chill as hell, and she didn’t do that fangirl shit that she did on the phone. Never once did she make a move or pass on me, and I finally realized that Natia had to have been talking about me to Sara. I heard Natia on the phone with her earlier, and when she was going through her phone, I did see that she had called her ‘best friend’ a couple different times.

Sara was eyeing Nas mad heavy, and I caught him eyeing her too. Shit, best friends dating best friends sounded like gold to my ears.

Nas and I talked about the music shit while the girls talked quietly to one another and did a hell of a lot of giggling. I knew it was the weed taking over, and I was enjoying Natia’s whole demeanor. She seemed like another person with her best friend, and I couldn’t wait ’til she got that way with me. If I had to be her best friend first, then so be it. I just wanted to make her mine.
