Scott and Layla saw Uriel and Jacqueline being chauffeured away in the backseat of the luxury Bentley. They didn’t know the couple U-turned and headed right back to the hotel once Scott and Layla left.

Two field agents were tailing the couple on their lavish shopping spree while agents Laurence Warren and Gwyneth Sullivan, aka Uriel “Understanding” and Jacqueline St. James, entered their hotel room. The FBI agents stealthily went through their luggage and planted bugs and video surveillance equipment. It was an executive decision by their director to not plant the bugs until after the couple arrived, just in case the couple had the room swept. Now, after they’d been in Dubai a couple of weeks, the agents were confident that Scott and Layla had let their guard down and got back into vacation mode.

The ornate, gaudy, gilded furniture inside the hotel suite made hiding video surveillance cameras much easier. And they hid plenty, even in places that clearly violated their privacy rights, like the bedroom and bathroom. The couple’s intimate moments would be captured, reviewed by many, and illegally analyzed.

The feds were going hard. They had fucked up by only planting bugs at the couples’ beach villa. The Australian rental was modern and had no pictures, vases, or tchotchkes to sufficiently hide tiny cameras. So when they listened to the bugs and heard an argument, several scuffles, and gunshots, they knew they had missed capturing a double murder. Listening to the tapes, Layla was once again the ringleader; she wielded the gun that took the life of two men with Mexican accents. No names were spoken by the couple, and little was discussed.

Luminol would outline the bloody carnage, but unfortunately, no bodies were recovered, no missing persons reports to move forward on arrests.
