50. High-protein Pizza Cabbage with Nutri-plus

INGREDIENTS:
200 g spelt flour
60ml Nutri-Plus Protein Powder Neutral
200 ml of water
10ml baking powder
100 ml Sieved tomatoes
1 tbsp. mixed herbs
80ml colorful paprika
30ml mushrooms
30ml peas
20ml olives
1 spring onion
Smoothing Salt, pepper, paprika
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put the spilled flour, the protein powder, the baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix everything thoroughly.
Now add the water and knead the mass into a firm dough.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces to form flat baguettes.
Place the baguettes on the baking sheet lined and the baking paper and bake for about 5 minutes.
In time you take care of the surface. Mix the tomato with herbs and spices and cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Remove the pre-baked baguettes from the oven, sprinkle with the tomato sauce and spread the toppings on top.
Bake the pizza cabbies for another 10 minutes until they are nicely brown and crispy.
