That night in bed, after I finish my Korean homework, I can’t sleep for the second night in a row. I open my notebook and click on my bunk light. I think about what CEO Sang called me—yeowoo, or fox—and wonder if that’s what I really am. I scribble the first lines that come to mind:

I write some ahwoooooooooooo howls into the bridge, even though I think it’s wolves that howl at the moon, not foxes. It doesn’t matter, though; artists can take all the creative license they want.

I’ve been so wrapped up in One.J land that I’ve been neglecting YoungBae with my thoughts. Is it pathetic that I almost feel like I’m cheating on YoungBae with One.J?

I turn on the flip phone, and sure enough, there’s a text. I’m already down to less than a third of my battery life.
