35. iMovie Theater
This feature of the application displays movies created in iMovie. The display of the movies appears in the form of colorful posters; showing the name and cover page. IMovie Theater also allows users to utilize continuity; accessing the movies via iCloud to all of their other Apple devices.
36. Adding a Movie to iMovie Theater
Choose a clip. Trailer or movie from you browser and tap anywhere in the timeline to share. The users should then select the ‘Share’ option from the browser and select Theater. Users can view and saved video in the Theater by tapping ‘Theater’ in the toolbar.
37. Removing a Movie from the Theater
Movies that are saved in the iMovie Theater are backed-up in iCloud. Removing a movie from the Theater, results in it also being deleted from iCloud. To delete a movie, first choose Theater from the toolbar. Peruse the saved movies and tap the one you wish to remove and tap the ‘Delete’ button and the option to ‘Delete Everywhere’.
38. Renaming a Movie Already in the Theater
Users may wish to change the name of the movie after having saved it in the Theater. To do this, go to the toolbar and select the option for ‘Theater’. The movie to be renamed should then be selected and the new name inserted. Tap on the ‘Return’ button to save and exit.
39. Sharing a Movie from Theater to YouTube
Go to the Theater and select the clip, trailer or movie you wish to share. Tap the ‘Share’ button and choose ‘YouTube’ as the destination. The user should indicate in the dialogue box on screen the name and description of the movie being shared along with the tags, size, privacy setting and video category of the movie. The user should then provide their YouTube information where desired, followed by ‘Next’.
40. Sharing a Movie from Theater to iTunes
Go to the Theater and select the clip, trailer or movie you wish to share on iTunes. Select the ‘Share’ button and choose ‘iTunes’ for the location. The user should indicate in the dialogue box that appears on screen the title and the description of the movie you will be sharing along with the tags, size and devices on which your movie will be allowed to play. The user should then tap on the ‘Share’ button.
