Menopause is a natural biological process in women approaching old age. So, benefit from OCP treatment to restore normal menstruation cycle for aged women may be considered almost nil.

Combining Fig. 8 (the function g, say) and Fig. 12 (the function f, say), we obtain slightly dampened modeled growth curve fog of phase gap with age for PCOS patients under treatment with oral contraceptive pill; the modeled curve, indicating efficacy of treatment, is shown in Fig. 13.
