This tart is an elegant and scrumptious way to celebrate the red, white, and blue.

1 Preheat oven to 375°F.

2 Prepare crust: In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse almonds with sugar until finely ground; add graham crackers and pulse until fine crumbs form. Pour in melted butter; pulse until moistened. With hand, press mixture firmly onto bottom and up side of 11-inch tart pan with removable bottom. Bake crust 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

3 Reset oven control to 350°F. Prepare filling: In medium bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Add eggs and vanilla, and almond extracts; beat just until combined.

4 Pour cheese mixture into cooled crust. Bake until set, about 20 minutes.

5 Cool tart on wire rack. Cover and refrigerate tart at least 2 hours.

6 To serve, arrange berries on top of tart.

POTLUCK PREP Prepare far enough in advance to allow proper chilling time. Transport in tart pan in a cooler if traveling any distance. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve; remove tart ring before slicing.
