TROUBLESHOOTING

The stairs can get caught on each other if any pieces are out of alignment. If your stairs get stuck, try pressing down each brick to make sure that it is solidly in place. You may need to take the stairs off and reattach them to ensure that they are attached tightly. Also check for any bricks that have dents or scratches as those can also keep the bricks from moving smoothly past each other.
