INSTRUCTIONS

1 Prepare your fabric, mark the center, and place the fabric in your embroidery hoop as described in the “Getting Started” section at the beginning of this book. (If this is your first project, you can learn how to read a cross stitch pattern and how to stitch a cross stitch there as well!)

2 Stitching with two strands of embroidery floss, work your way through one section of color at a time, ensuring that all of your stitches cross in the same direction. Begin with the largest flower and end with the lettering.
