Flying through the air. Nothing but darkness below me. I don’t feel afraid though. I don’t really feel anything. I can sense the cold in the air, but it does not affect me. I can’t remember anything, not even who I am. I know something has happened though, something big. Darkness.

I feel a hand on my face. It’s warm and soft. The feeling has returned to my body. I know I am no longer flying. I am lying down on a hard surface. I can sense the presence of someone else, but I can’t see anything. The world is complete darkness, but also peaceful. I know that nothing here will hurt me. I feel a tingling sensation from below followed by a gush of warmth invading my entire body. It reaches my face and I feel an explosion of light inside my mind. It takes me back to the darkness in an instant.
