In or to insert a button your access toolbar for the running of macro you will have to follow the following easy steps.

Click on the ‘file’ tab. Select ‘options’. Press the ‘quick access toolbar’.

Click ‘Macros’ from the list of ‘choose command from’.

Click on your created macro and then press the ‘add’ button.

Select ‘modify’ after clicking on the macro for changing the image button.

Click on the desired button image they you want to apply, under the symbol.

Click the display name box and write the name you want to use in order to change the name of a macro.

Press ok and you’re done adding the macro button in access toolbar.

Click the macro button that you have added in the access toolbar in order to run the macro.
