Adding Chart Elements, labels and legends

Each reporting requirement is different, so there is not a universal standard to apply to any chart you build. If the chart is complicated the more elements you might need to make it easy for someone to pick it up and read it.

Changing the Chart Title

Chart titles can be changed by clicking in the chart title box and typing the name.

Keep the Format Dialog Box open

When you work in Excel Charts, you can use the properties dialog without closing and re-opening, as you would have had to do in the previous versions.
