Display your Pie Chart in Word and ensure the Chart Tools/Design ribbon is visable.
In Chart Layouts, click on Layout 1.

Move your cursor before the chart and press Enter.
Using WordArt, add a chart title: Sales
Change the Text Wrap to be In Line with Text (Drawing Tools/Format ribbon, Arrange group).
Centre your title on the page horizontally.
Click back into your chart to display the Chart Tools ribbons.
Display the Chart Tools/Layout ribbon, then click on the Data Labels button (Labels group).
Select Inside End.
What changed in your chart?
Click on the Data Labels button again and select Centre.

Click on the other options and choose the one you feel displays the information the best.
