TWENTY-THIRD DAY
contact-points connected
shock more painful
than ever isolation
at the seethe of the vortex
no clear is possible
charged with all that power
all that knowing
and its continual annihilation
one must fly to the desert
one must fly to the desert
to sift
there
even the demons lose their distortions the great spread releases all the ballasts
the heart---
vulnerable---
takes each annihilation
back to life
pulsing
pages partial must be ripped out completely
with paper---
quite possible
less so
the human heart torn
hanging shreds obscene
a silent consonant to guard
the unspeakable name the color of blood when light charges it not red and not not red
the black man sometimes-blue
calling
she walks
she keeps on walking
the sweeper in the ice-cream parlor sweeps her into a sugar-cone she keeps on walking to cable the city
contact-points connected shock more painful than ever isolation at the seethe of the vortex no clear is possible charged with all that power all that knowing
and its continual annihilation â one must fly to the desert
she keeps on walking
to cable the city---
rides one stop past her past
a land
no one has ever seen---
a land to---
a land away from
to wobble footloose in a sky just passing blue
angels baroque struck horizontal as directors dos equis two equal answers in respective space (not answering)
this is the land
that gobbled all the elements
first spaced by man
in his original division
of the universe
the first knowledge of four
extending vision
into space plus one
fable of fisherman & fish whose wish
brought him before the shores of life
whose greed
decreed
his fall to his begin once again
once must learn to wish perhaps this time one dares to ask for more than possible
perhaps this time one dares to ask for love
