Chapter Seven: Plan for Tomorrow

Planning is an essential part of a more organized life and, in the same sense, a more organized mind that is free of clutter. I have already gone through the importance of planning more than once in the book, and again I am going to touch upon this subject, because it is important. While we cannot tell the future, and unforeseen things tend to happen all the time, there are many aspects of the future that we do have control over, and which we can effectively plan for.

Planning out your day should be important. I personally schedule some time every night during which I can plan for tomorrow. In this time, I set up a schedule for the next day, and I create a complete to-do list to ensure that I know what tasks I need to complete. This way, I can get up the next morning and get started checking off tasks on my list immediately.
