CRUST

10 ounces mint-flavored chocolate sandwich cookies (about 25 cookies)

4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter, melted

FILLING

4 packages (8-ounce size) cream cheese, at room temperature

11/3 cups granulated sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 large eggs

2 tablespoons sour cream
