A feature of all the data mining model nodes is that you can create additional models based on the algorithm(s) for that type of data mining. In Oracle Data Miner, you can create an additional Apriori algorithm model. This new, additional model can be created using the green plus sign, located on the right-hand side of the Edit Association Build Node Properties window (see Figure 6-4). You can use this to create additional models of the Apriori algorithm by changing the internal algorithm settings. Before you run the Association node, you may want to inspect the Model Settings and the settings that are listed under the Properties tab. These are explained in the following sections. When you are ready to run your Association node, you should right-click on the node and select Run from the menu. Oracle Data Miner creates a job containing what is necessary to run each node of the workflow and submits this to the database. As each node is completed, a green check mark appears on the top right-hand corner of the node. When all nodes have been completed, you can then examine the data and results that were produced.
