HOW TO CHOOSE A STRONG PASSWORD
One of the biggest takeaways you should gain from this book should be the suggestion that it’s wise to consider the use of a password manager. A password manager makes it easy to generate long, random passwords for all your accounts. In addition, you can create secure notes to store other sensitive information. Most password managers are browser plugins and/or mobile applications that will monitor when you enter a password, storing it for you in an encrypted fashion. When you login the next time, it will ask you if you would like it to automatically enter your password. When you create an account, or change a password, the password manager can generate a long, random password based on your specifications. It will then remember this password. This is both convenient and secure. Also, remember to turn on 2FA for your password manager.
Remember, ensuring that all your accounts have unique and strong passwords is critical. Get discounts on password managers here: http://www.cybersecurityseries.com/passwordsecurity.
Password managers, however, cannot help in all cases and the password for the password manager needs to be something that you can remember. Below are some tips on creating a strong password.
