Place one pie crust in a 9" pie plate and set aside. Mix ground meats, garlic, celery, carrot, 3/4 cup water, bouillon and seasonings in a skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes, until meat is no longer pink; drain. Remove bay leaf; add potato and spoon meat mixture into pie plate. Place top crust over mixture and press edges to seal; crimp and vent. Mix egg yolk and remaining water together; brush over top crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden. Serves 6 to 8.
