The receipt the GameLibrary owner would like to issue should contain the member’s details, details of the game and the loan but it should also contain an overall fee.

1 Select the Report Wizard from the Create tab.

2 Select RentalFeeQRY from the dropdown list in the dialogue box which appears.

3 Click the double arrow to add all fields to the right-hand window and click Next. The following dialogue box will appear.

4 Click Next again.

5 You will be asked: ‘Do you want to add any grouping levels?’ In this instance the answer is no, so click Next when the next dialogue box appears.

6 In the next screen you can choose how you would like to order the data in your report. Select GameID and Ascending and click Next.

7 Select Stepped layout and Portrait orientation in the next screen and click Next.

8 Give the report the title receiptRPT. Select Modify the report’s design and click Next.

9 The report design will be similar to the one shown below.
