“How are you enjoying your vacation, Diablo?” Majesty said through the phone.

Kwanzaa was sitting in his office at the resort. He’d just finished meeting with his realtor.

“Good. You know Noel and Noah’s sister is here,” Kwanzaa said, thinking back on Justice. For the first time in a long time, he’d truly enjoyed himself in the company of a woman.

“Oh, yeah? How’s that going?” Majesty said with a smirk. He knew Kwanzaa, and once he sank his teeth into her, Justice would be stuck.

“I plan to spend the rest of my vacation with her.”

“I think y’all make a good fit. You already have her brothers’ respect. They will appreciate a nigga like you being with her.”

“True.” Kwanzaa didn’t care if Justice’s brothers didn’t like him. He was still going to pursue her, but he understood where Majesty was coming from. Relationships were better when everyone got along.

“I know you’re on vacation, but I have a job for you. He has to be down tomorrow. The good thing is the mark is closer to you than you think. I will send you the details and wire you the money,” Majesty said as Kwanzaa’s burner phone started to blow up with notifications about his next kill.

“Consider it done,” Kwanzaa said before pouring himself a shot of whiskey.
