Use the mixer to mix the flour into the butter-sugar-egg mixture until the flour is well-combined.

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Flour the surface you’ll be using to roll out the dough.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Flour your hands and form the dough into a large ball. Divide the ball into 4 equal dough balls.

Keep 1 of the dough balls out. Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and return the remaining dough to the refrigerator.
