Horemheb reminded his friend. “Of all men you are the most blessed, brother. Benefer is a beautiful woman who will make you a fine companion.”

“Thank you, Harm,” Ramose used his childhood friend’s old nickname. “I only wish you and Amenia would consider marriage too. You both need someone.”

“It is in the hands of the gods, so it could happen,” Horemheb said. “First I must help her brother.”
