16. Asgardian Pizza

Thor ends up becoming quite fat as he binges on beer and pizza in Asgard for close to five years!

Serving size: 4

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 8-inch pizza base

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 2 medium-sized aubergines, chopped

• 2 teaspoons dried oregano

• 2 tablespoons cheese, grated

• 2 tablespoons dried grapes

• 2 tablespoons pine nuts

• 1 onion, finely chopped

• 1 cup rocket leaves, roughly chopped

• 2 tablespoons pesto or marinara sauce

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. First, place the pizza base on a lined baking tray.

2. Apply the pesto or marinara sauce over it.

3. Add the oil to a pan and sauté the aubergines, grapes, onions and pine nuts for 5 minutes.

4. Sprinkle it over the pizza.

5. Sprinkle the rocket leaves and oregano followed by salt and pepper.

6. Sprinkle the cheese and bake in a 400 Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes or until the pizza is done.

7. Slice and serve.
