Pickled Strawberries

Cooking Time: 5 minutes |Servings: 8

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds strawberry

3 tablespoons salt

½ cup white vinegar

½ cup red wine vinegar

½ cup sugar

1 tablespoon peppercorns

Directions

To a saucepan, add the vinegar, salt, sugar, and peppercorns, boil for 5 minutes. Let it cool.

Put the strawberries in a glass jar and cover with the vinegar mixture. Cover and let it sit for 1-2 days.

Store in a refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.

Enjoy.

Apricot Pickle

Ingredients

1 ¼ pounds apricots, pitted, halved

2 red chillies, sliced

2 tablespoons salt

¼ cup brown sugar

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup lime juice

2 cinnamon sticks
