In the spiritual aspirant who constantly practices continence and purity, other forms of energy are transmuted into ojas and stored in the brain, manifesting as spiritual and intellectual power.
Om: The Pranava or the sacred syllable symbolizing and embodying Brahman.
Omkara: Om.
Om Tat Sat: A designation of Brahman; used as a benediction, a solemn invocation of the divine blessing.
