While I was cooperating with Cowboy and being extra nice to ET, Reeka was doing just the opposite. We had talked about that, and still she went astray. I was being a good girl while she was giving them hell. I kept telling her that she could attract more flies with honey. Her response was flies attract shit too. Finally, I just gave up. She was being stubborn and hardheaded. I guess I had to figure this out alone to save us both.

I had no idea why Reeka kept wanting them to give her that stuff in the water. Every time we sipped that shit, I felt higher than a damn kite. Then again, maybe that’s why she did it. She couldn’t handle the pressure, and instead of thinking about how fucked up the predicament was that we were in, she decided to stay rolling the whole time, so she didn’t have to face reality.

After analyzing it, maybe she was the smart one and I was the dummy. I was agreeable as long as they kept pouring that water in my mouth. Now that I was aware of what was really going on, I had to check my attitude and intentions. ET might not catch my fuck ups, but I was positive that Cowboy would. His crazy ass seemed to notice every little detail. I didn’t remember him acting like that when we were together. Maybe he had split personalities. That could be a likely explanation for how opposite he was from the nicca I dated. The nicca I thought I knew. The one I almost gave my body to.

I was sitting in the bed with just one hand cuffed when ET came in and uncuffed me. Cowboy had just left. The moment he stepped out the door, he uncuffed me, letting me roam around without my hands or feet cuffed. Just because I was nice to him, I had quickly gained his trust like I knew I would. He had gotten comfortable with me pretty fast.

ET walked into the kitchen and sat down. I sat across from him as he scrolled through his phone. When he was too quiet, I let him be, but when he gave me eye contact or one-word answers, I would probe him for answers.

Unlike Cowboy, ET didn’t talk much. I did find out that he has a wife and kids. Indirectly, he mentioned that he didn’t like Cowboy. They weren’t friends like I thought they were.

“How did someone like you get mixed up with a tyrant like Cowboy?”

“I could ask you the same thing,” ET rebutted.

“Good point. I guess you got fooled the same way he fooled me.”

"Something like that. I fell on hard times. Bad economy or whatever you wanna say. My sister offered me some money, and Cowboy claimed it was his. He wanted me to do favors instead of paying him back. I think that was what he wanted in the first place. He was just using the money as an excuse.
