The downward arrow in the far lower right corner of the New Message window gives you a few more options for managing your message. Perhaps the most immediately useful thing here is the spell check function, but it’s good to know how to print a draft or send it to full screen as well. We’ll talk about labels in just a minute.

Managing Email

Gmail makes it exceptionally easy to deal with the daily barrage of incoming messages in this day and age. The toolbar pictured below appears at the top of every email, and will appear when emails are selected in the inbox or a folder.
