In the News tonight, Paul Rawton has been arrested for the murder of his mother Enid Rawton, who was poisoned six years ago. Mr Rawton inherited a fortune and Mrs Rawton’s two electronic companies. His sister Faith Rawton was arrested in a separate sting as security footage that had been missing for six years surfaced. The footage revealed Mr Rawton passing Miss Rawton a bottle and Miss Rawton pouring it into her mother’s tea.

Besides the newfound footage, a new will was discovered disinheriting both Mr and Miss Rawton in favour of their younger half-brother. Their assets have been frozen while Mr Timothy Rawton presents the original will to the courts. Mr Rawton has had a run of bad luck lately, his company losing several lucrative contracts.
