Selecting attributes as filters
In the screenshot, there are five different attributes you can select using icons. These are:
Flag â By clicking the three flag icons you can choose which option you want an image to include in the search results. The flags are (from left to right) Flagged, Unflagged, and Rejected. Clicking a flag icon will include only images with that flag in the results. Click the icon a second time to turn the filter off. An example of using this filter is that you could click the Flagged and Unflagged icons. This displays all images that are either flagged or unflagged but any images with the Rejected flag are ignored.
Edits â This section has two icons which are Edited (left) and Unedited (right). Click an icon to toggle that filter on and off. For example, by clicking the Edited icon includes only those images that have been edited.
Rating â Here you can click the star icons to define the number of stars for images to be included in the results. For example, click the second star along and you will see two star icons highlighted, indicating you are filtering for 2-star rated images. Additionally, there is a logic icon just before the stars. In this screenshot itâs set to greater than or equal so would include all images with a 2-star rating or higher. When you click this icon, you can change the logic of the filter to use âLess than or equal toâ or âEqual toâ.
Colour â Click one of the colours to filter for images with that colour label. As with the other icons, clicking a colour will toggle that filter on and off. Itâs possible to select multiple colour labels for the search.
Kind â Has three icons representing (left to right) Original Photos, Virtual Copies, and Videos.
