After I made sure my baby was good, I walked over by El and bent down with the gun, pointing it at him. Spence came up by me.

“Man, I wish you wouldn’t do this. Let me do it… come on.” I ignored Spence’s words. He already knew what time it was, and it wasn’t shit he could do. El just lied there in pain like the coward ass he was.

“Muhfucker, I been waiting to see yo’ ass again.” I took the barrel of the gun and put it on his lips. “Open up!” El was refusing until I cocked it, which had him begging like a bitch.

“Jay, just gimme the gun, man. This nigga ain’t worth it.”

“Baby, please give Spence the gun.” Shanell cried right by me.

“Spence, take her the fuck outta here.”

“No! Don’t you touch me, Spence! Jay, I’m not going!” Spence tried to get Shanell to go down the hallway. “No, Spence! I’m not moving!” She didn’t make it easy for him.

“Jay, man, I don’t want to hurt her leg since she’s resisting me.” I heard their voices but blocked out every word they were saying. He hurt my baby. Not once, but twice as far as I was concerned. Then had the balls to come to her home again. I couldn’t let that slide. I really didn’t give a fuck about nothing but shooting his ass.

“Ya bitch ass don’t deserve to live. Talk shit now, I dare you.” I pressed it further in his mouth. He was gagging and shit. “You spit up on me, I swear I’ll shoot ya brains out.” I removed the gun so he could respond. He started coughing first, but he finally coughed up a half ass apology. I didn’t even want to hear his voice and put another bullet in his ass just so he could suffer even more, but I didn’t kill him.

Spence took the gun from me and put in on the counter since the police were on the way and already knew it was a shooting. The cops came in with their guns drawn and told everyone to freeze. They saw the gun on the island. They frisked me to see if any other weapons were on me and realized there weren’t.
